Allergies (2 days) 


Learn different causes for multiple allergies or sensitivities and what to do about them. How to use the Brain Response Test to identify foods, nutrients, and environmental factors to which you are sensitive. Eliminate the allergy by identifying the tissue that is related to the allergy and how to balance it with emotions, nutrition, and biokinetic exercises.

Biokinetic Exercises (2 days) 

Discover the power of easily learned biokinetic exercises to balance hypotonic or hypertonic muscles. Biokinetic exercises to address low back pain and neck and shoulder tension. Biokinetic exercises for 16 indicator muscles used in Touch for Health. Using muscle testing to identity optimal positions and optimum time to use each exercise.

Clinical Methodology (4 days) 

This is a Collection of advanced techniques that have been put together. These techniques have been researched by many Kinesiologists over many years, but however, do not appear in any one course together. Some techniques included are Neuro-Lymphatic, Neuro-Vascular System and Balancing Charts. We look at Skeletal System, Cranial Faults, Inferior Occiput, Temporal-Mandibular Joint (TMJ), Fixations, Hiatal Hernia and Shock Absorbers. We look at injury recall techniques to remove old injury memories from the body, and Lymphatic Retrograde which will help with Breast soreness, lumps, insomnia, nightmares and hyperactivity. We are also looking at advanced correction procedures such as, Ions and Ionization, Electromagnetic (whether a person is centered or not), Hyoids, Gaits and Cloacals. Switching at a deep level, Blood Chemistry and Heart valve Integration. You will also learn how to deal with Adrenal Stress, Dr. Riddlers Nutritional reflexes, ACES and CATS, Addictions and Allergies, Arginex and Nitrous Oxide, Arthritis, Caffeine challenges, Silver Colloid and the benefits of Super Oxide Dismutase.

Colour For Health (2 days) 

Discover the power of colour and how it affects us in our daily life. Learn how to colour spectrum vibrates in wavelengths and frequencies. How we are affected by the clothes we wear and the room we live in. Find our about the seven major charkas of the body and how we can balance them using colour, food gems, flower essences and sound. Find out the history of the use of colour for healing. Discover the human aura and the different levels involved. Look at the scientific research on the human energy fields. Learn how to work with the subtle bodies to bring about balance at all levels.

Discover how to balance all 20 major meridians using indicator muscles for the eight extra meridians. We'll look at traits of stress hardiness, resiliency, the immune-competent personality, etc., to find ways to strengthen your ability to handle stress and improve your health. Find out seven major ways that people acquire limiting beliefs (or "personality traits"). Learn how certain of these beliefs can make you more susceptible to migraines, learning difficulties, cancer, alcoholism, and rheumatoid arthritis. Stress Release 3 - Defusing Stuck Emotions (1 day) 

While emotions such as fear, grief, and anger are appropriate, sometimes they become stuck giving rise to conditions such as phobias, anxiety, depression and hostility. We begin by looking at the Callahan model and how it addresses phobias, anxiety and addictions. We show how it relates to the Law of Five Elements, then expand the model to cover other stuck emotional states such as temper, rage, hostility, embarrassment, mournfulness, grief, loneliness and depression.

Stress Release 4 - Working With Emotions (2 days)

Stress Release Instructor Training Workshop (6 days) 

We cover the Stress Release 1-4 curricula extensively from the perspective of how best to teach the material.
Prerequisites: Be an active Touch for Health Instructor, Brain Gym Instructor, or Three-In-One Facilitator who has taken Touch for Health 1-4 and passed the Touch for Health examination (a prerequisite for the Touch for Health Instructor Training Workshop). Have taken Stress Release 1-4 and Defusing Negative Personality Traits classes.

It includes circuit locating, goal balancing with a 14 muscle balance, cross crawl for integration, over energy/alarm points, balancing using the wheel, time of day balance, golgi tendon and spindle cell correction procedures, cerebro-spinal technique, neuro-lymphatic release, biogenic foods, gait testing, figure 8's, ESR for past and future, Five Element theory, acupressure for pain/meridian walking, simple pain techniques, and 14 additional muscle tests.

Touch For Health Instructor Training Workshop (8 days) 


This specialised professional training workshop qualifies the TFH graduate to become a registered TFH Instructor and to teach the TFH Synthesis modules 1-4. To qualify for entry into the TW you need to complete TFH Proficiency. The Training Workshop is an 8-day training intensive, including revision and "How to Teach" techniques specific to Kinesiology. The TW is taught by appointed International Kinesiology College IKC) faculty members. The qualification is recognised all over the world. Requirements to maintain registration include an update every three years.
