Wayne’s journey began in academia, where he earned a doctorate in geology from Victoria University in New Zealand. As a geology professor, he delved into diverse fields, from archaeology in the Middle East to studying active volcanoes in New Zealand and researching glacial deposits in the Antarctic.
In 1976, while teaching geology in Southern California, Wayne’s fascination with holistic health was ignited when he was introduced to Touch for Health. His thirst for knowledge led him to explore various health-related subjects, including anatomy & physiology, nutrition, and Swedish massage. By 1980, he had transitioned into a new career in holistic health.
Incorporating Topping International Institute, Inc. in 1984 marked a significant milestone in Wayne’s journey. He later founded Wellness Kinesiology, a groundbreaking approach that has gained international recognition. Wayne’s dedication to holistic health education is reflected in over 10 published books, available in multiple languages.
Wayne is a sought-after speaker, captivating audiences at seminars, workshops, and Kinesiology conferences worldwide. His teachings span over 22 countries, where he imparts knowledge in Wellness Kinesiology, Educational Kinesiology (Brain Gym®), Touch for Health, and more. He has trained Wellness Kinesiology instructors currently teaching in 18 countries, including Ireland.
In 2010, Wayne and his wife Diane embarked on a new chapter in the United Kingdom, where he continues to teach and practice holistic health. Despite his global presence, Wayne remains dedicated to teaching in various countries, sharing his knowledge, and advancing the field of Kinesiology.
